The British, The French and the Portuguese ruled almost half the world for at least 3 centuries. Since then, the countries that achieved their independence, yet there are differences that will take forever to bring to level between the countries that just began building themselves up. These differences are what form the term 'First World, Second World and Third World countries'.

The First World refers to the developed, capitalist, industrial countries, generally with similar economic interest. like countries of North America and Western Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. The Second World refers to the former communist-socialist, less industrialized states known as the Eastern Bloc, which are, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Germany, China, Mongolia, North Korea are part of the second world and last but not the least, the Third World countries. The mainly underdeveloped agricultural states and nations of Africa, Asia, and Latin America, where the blessings of civilization benefited only a small ruling elite and the corporations and upper classes of these countries. Third World is outdated but still in use; today, the politically correct designation would be less developed countries.

Either way the inequality is painful to hear, but what's more painful is the fact that the very people the country bore, and sheltered don't have the interest and love for the country and the will to compromise, sacrifice and help build the "Third World" country from it's struggling stand.

I can't speak for other countries but I can speak for mine. This Third World country, is still developing, yes, it does have it's flaws and it's share of injustice and inequalities in all fields; gender, class, race, religion but the very same country is the country that mothers billions of citizens, gives them a place to live, food to eat and the comfort to grow.

I speak with the people of the current Third-World problems and shocks me the way some people think. What leaves me heartbroken is that people are willing to leave the country, flee to one of the first world, well developed country with their supposed fair justice system because there is injustice in the country and there are more issues and inequalities here than in other countries.

Truth of the inequality and the not-so-fair justice system cannot be invalidated, nevertheless, it doesn't seem right that one chooses to abandon their country to live in another because it is hard to live here and making a difference is difficult. No justice the world has won has been won without a fight, a revolution that took centuries. Thus it takes patience, perseverance, and a revolt to mend the injustice.

The world has given our generation the steering wheel to lead the world. And if we have the audacity to blame the flawed system from our armchairs of comfort that our ancestors fought for for years and flee the country, without having done a single thing to change by ourselves, what does it say about our morals and conscience, about humanity? If the people before us had been selfish, we wouldn't have the freedom and rights we now use to blame everyone, get upset and leave this 'hopeless country'.

So let's pause and think, what good are we if we leave all responsibilities and flee blaming the flawed system? Who is really at fault? Who is really unjust?
